Additional Charges:

  • Stall Branding, printing & Installation of Flex/vinyl are facilitated at an additional cost. Creatives to be shared by the Exhibitor.
  • Any print requirements need to be informed/booked at least 10 days prior.
  • Any requirement in additional space, Manpower for stall setup, Manpower/Promoters during the expo, Power, Lights, Tables, and Plug points shall be at an additional cost and needs to be informed at least 10 days prior.

Terms & Conditions

This document details the agreement between the Asian Arab Trade Chamber of Commerce (Organiser) and the participating company participating in the Expo.

  • Stalls/booth space allocation will be made on a first come first serve basis.
  • This event will be a B2B Show and a ‘No Counter’ sale is permitted during the Expo.
  • 3. Use of public address systems audio-visual systems and height of the display in the space booked are subject to no inconvenience to other participants and the organizer’s decision in this regard shall be final.
  • 4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the floor plan and the location of the Exhibitor(s) Space / Stall. If possible Exhibitor(s) will be stationed as per their original booking or equivalent thereof.
  • 5. All the Exhibitors shall make sure that they are fully covered by insurance including risk on their Property or Article of any kind, Public Liability and comprehensive protection against any Loss / Damage / Theft caused by any circumstance Organiser will not be responsible.
  • 6. PAYMENTS TERMS:
  • b) All payments should be made by Online mode (NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS) in favor of the ASIAN ARAB TRADE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
  • c) Payment once received will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • d) Stall / Booth space allocation will be made strictly upon full payment of Stall / Booth Fee / Charge received.
  • 7. FORCE MAJEURE
  • The Expo may be Postponed / Cancel due to any cause beyond the control of the Organiser.
  • Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitors directly or indirectly attributed to the Elements of Nature / Act of God or order directives imposed by any Government Authorities.
  • 8. CANCELATION OF BOOKING
  • If any Exhibitor cancels their booking before 30 days start the show forfeits 50 % of the total stall charge + GST. If the cancellation is made within 30 days to start the show, Exhibitors have to pay 100% of the total stall charge + GST
  • 9. Date of the Expo, Venue, and Floor Plan may be changed or postponed without any notice.
  • 10. Any dispute between Exhibitors & Organisers will be in the Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
